We are writing to provide you with an important update regarding your PayRedeem Cashout.
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that due to restrictions coming from your local bank, we are unable to process your international transfer as initially planned.
We understand that this news may be disappointing and frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Our team has been diligently exploring alternative solutions to ensure that you can receive your funds in a timely manner.
While we work on implementing features, such as prepaid cards that would enable in-store purchases and ATM withdrawals, we believe that opening a Polish bank account could be the most viable option for you.
Kindly note that we are able to make an immediate transfer if you provide us with an account from a Polish bank or fintech.
Your PayRedeem Cashout will be returned to your account as a PayRedeem Payout eCard, which you will be able to cash out to a verified bank account.
Please note that if you cannot open a bank account in Poland, the fee structure for international transfers will change.
We recommend bundling your eCards together to offset higher transfer costs.
While we acknowledge that this situation is far from ideal, please know that we are working diligently to find a better alternative for sending transfers to our international customers.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected set of circumstances.
For any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team anytime.
Best regards,
